Clinical Philosophy & Background

Megan is a pediatric physical therapist and healthcare leader with years of experience supporting children and their families across pediatric practice settings. She believes the best pediatric therapy combines clinical expertise with play-based structure, a child-led approach, creativity, and a genuine understanding of what matters most to each child and family. Megan strives to help children feel safe and successful in their bodies while giving families the knowledge and confidence to support their development beyond the therapy session.

Megan has a special love for working with babies and supporting families during the earliest stages of development. She takes a gentle, playful approach that follows each baby’s cues, celebrates every bit of progress, and helps movement feel natural and enjoyable. Megan works closely with caregivers to incorporate therapy into everyday routines, giving them practical tools to confidently support their baby’s continued growth.

In addition to her clinical experience, Megan has held leadership roles focused on supporting interdisciplinary teams, strengthening clinical programs, and improving the quality and consistency of patient care. As Director of Clinical Operations at Cubs Corner, she oversees clinical systems and works closely with the physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams to create an environment where clinicians feel supported and every child receives thoughtful, high-quality care.
